In a career spanning Fortune 50 and Big 3 Consulting such as P&G and BCG, I've driven business growth from the executive frontlines for two decades. Yet, amidst boardroom battles, it was in the serenity of contemplative meditation that I discovered the art of consistent breakthroughs.

 

Fusing business acumen and contemplative wisdom, I founded Leadership Quotient to help leaders access awareness and alignment towards value-driven clarity.

 

Initiated in ancient meditative wisdom from the Art of Living, Kriya Yoga & S-VYASA, and a beacon faculty for the global Search Inside Yourself Emotional Intelligence-for-Business programs, I introduce the business-transforming power of emotional intelligence to corporates across the globe. My expertise is embodied in yogic discipline as an RYT-200 teacher and informed by cutting-edge cognition-enhancing neuroscience as an Applied Neurology coach.

 

At P&G, as General Manager and Vice President, I drove a mission-critical business to achieve 6X growth to $1.2 billion in revenue, celebrated by Wall Street as unparalleled industry value creation. As a non-Executive Board Director, I serve Technology, Retail & Product Start-ups and Family offices with my Digital- and Consumer-first perspective.

 

I now leverage the unlikely combination of my Executive & NED experience with Somatic practices & Contemplative experiments to catalyse leadership transformation through masterclasses and workshops to enable cohesive and creative business breakthroughs.
